As the fantasy football leagues come to its final week, many teams are fighting to make the playoffs. While those competitive teams are trying to make that last playoff spot, the lesser teams are doing everything in their power to stay out of last place. Every year the commissioner and teams work together to agree on a last place punishment. Luckily, I haven’t had the pleasure in performing any of the punishments, but I’ve seen some of them firsthand. For example, a few years back the last place team had to do a standup comedy act in front of a random crowd. How embarrassing is that?! Two years ago, the last place team had to create a sport illustrated calendar shoot. The calendar had to be sent to every team in the league. Last year, probably my favorite, the last place team had to do the WAP video. The video had to be shared across the league for everyone to see. This year, the fantasy punishment is to take a round trip via bus to Buffalo, NY. The trip is over 6 hours and when taking the trip, you need to consume 30 beers of your choice. As of now, I am fighting for that last playoff spot, so last place is not in the picture. The saying if you’re not first your last is extremely true, but in fantasy sports last place is way worse than normal sports. Coming in last place could be embarrassing and comical for that team / player. All in all, whatever you do don’t come in last. Down below, please state what’s your worse fantasy football punishment?

The Mets are in Colorado to face the Rockies in a 3-game series. The weather in Denver is expected to be cold all weekend, with temperatures in the 30s. The two teams met 7 times last season, with the Mets winning 5 of the 7 games. After this weekend, the next time the Mets and Rockies will see each other is in August for a 4-game series at Citi Field.

(Promo Code: 6A2841ERJC) When it gets a point where a single loss will leave you ranting on social media, I’d say things are going pretty well. After taking the first half of the series on Monday & Tuesday, the Yankees “only” split the next two games for the series win.
